In order to further accelerate the selection and training of management cadres，LNCU organised the recruitment of management cadres on July 7th, 2017.
Nearly 30 staff signed up to compete for 15 management positions involving teaching, administrative and logistics departments. The recruiment process is comprised of two sessions, personal speech and quizing. The candidate will give a detailed presentation of personal strengths for competing the position and the career plan. Finally, according to the comprehensive performance, 12 outstanding candidates were selected.
The recruitment of management cadres is an important mechanism for managerial talents selection in LNCU, which could not only improve the management quality, but also promote the rapid development of the university.
