Delegate from Namseoul University visited LNCU

On August 19th, Prof Hong Chenghua from Namseoul University visited LNCU. Prof. Xu Ying, Vice-President of Liaoning Communication University, met with her.

Prof. Xu Ying warmly welcomed their visiting and exchanged the ideas of the cooperation of the two institutions in terms of short-term exchange students, joint-degree program and etc.

Prof Hong Chenghua expressed her gratitude to meet with Prof. Xu Ying. And she wished two parties could both benefit from the cooperation.
