In order to conscientiously implement the National Health and Family Planning Commission's Regulations on the Control of Smoking in Public Places and build a civilized campus, LNCU has released its No Smoking rules: Smoking is forbidden on campus, including apartment, classroom, toilet and other public areas. Once found, LNCU will impose penalties based on the severity of the behavior.
