A Letter from the Dean to all the International Students

Dear all,
On behalf of the International Education College, I would like to say sorry for all the inconveniences caused by the lockdown of campus. Even though it may appear to be a little abrupt, given the situation, it is very necessary and it’s the best for us. Therefore, I suggest all students should cooperate and follow the instruction to stay in the apartment estimated two weeks.
Considering the limited food storage of everyone, you can write down your purchase list one day in advance and leave it at the reception, the goods will be delivered to the front desk the next day without extra charges.
Furthermore, frequent ventilation and proper disposal of household garbage within the dorm, combined with personal hygiene practices, such as regular hand-washing, can reduce the spread of coronavirus. Don’t panic if you find any abnormal situation and symptoms, go to the reception, we will take immediate measures to deal with it. I want you to know we can’t win without your cooperation and our collaboration.
For the students abroad, please follow further notice and arrangement of school on our website and Wechat official account.
Best wishes to you all.

Sincerely yours,
David Xu
